RESERVATION/BOOKING

Reservation should be made at the latest 1 (one) month for the Protestant Ceremony and etc, except for the Catholic Ceremony should be made 3 (three) months prior to the wedding day.

CONFIRMATION

The confirmation will be given if the booking form is completely submitted.

PAYMENT

50% down payment is required in two weeks upon reservation and full payment 3 days before the wedding day

CANCELLATION FEE

• 10% from the total payment in cancellation made 30 days prior to the wedding day
• 30% from the total payment in cancellation made 14 days prior to the wedding day
  
• 50% from the total payment in cancellation made 3 days prior to the wedding day
  
• 100% if there is no show

REMARK

• The requirements and time limit for each nationality are different. Therefore it is important for us to inform you about the procedures in both nationality
• It is possible to hold a wedding in certain day, but it is suggested not to set a wedding on National Holiday or Local Public Holidays because it will be additional charges about US$ 50
